Reality joins fiction in a new series of Charmed. After having discovered she is expecting a baby in April, Holly Marie Combs is preparing to be a Mother for the first time. We are talking about the main interests of Holly Marie Combs:

Will you be a stereotypical Mom? I have lots of worries in my head, but i am looking forward to becoming a Mom. Today, I have lots of energy, but i am observing many changes in my body, everyone looks at me when I go by and I also have many problems in fitting into my clothes. The old jeans i had don't fit any more, soon i will have to wear maternity clothes.

It's only a few months since you said you would be afraid of having a baby in a year. Is that the case today? It's true that i was a bit afraid but David, my boyfriend, convinced me not to be afraid and now I have learnt many of the skills needed to bring up a child and am less worried.

What do Alyssa Milano and Rose McGowan think of you becoming a mother? They are very happy for me, they never stopped saying to me "Holly, when are you going to have a baby?!" [before she was pregnant]. Since Piper had a baby in the series there has been much talk about the subject. Today, they are happy for me, but there is also a bit of jealousy from Alyssa! I think now she is sad she has not yet found a man to settle down with and have kids with.

Is it true that you will be pregnant in the new series? Yes, Piper will be a new Mom. Her pregnancy will be revealed in an episode next January. It's useless asking me who the father will be, because i don't know yet! The producers haven't yet told me the true father of the baby. I have to do some early filming before I look too pregnant! For example in some episodes I had to wear bigger clothes so you couldn't see. With the producers, we decided on comfortable clothes that would hide my stomach. I couldn't wear the same clothes as usual!

Have you prepared a room for your future child? Not yet. In fact, we still don't know if it's a boy or a girl yet. We'd prefer to wait until the birth to find out the sex of the baby, so we can start the decorating then!

Is it true that you don't have a TV in your house? Yes, it's true. I don't see the need for a TV, generally, we just talk with people instead. I don't see cosy evenings with me, david and our child curled up in front of the TV. I'll probably be quite strict...

Recently, you went to the premiere of "The Last Samurai", Tom Cruise's new film. Do you like this actor? I love him! Not only is he a great actor, but I also find him very attractive with a bag on his head (Turban? Or whatever he wears in TLS) he looks very nice. I acted with him in "Born on the 4th of July", when i was 14, I was very shy, and didn't talk to him much. Tom is totally adorable to me. I was wearing some ancient jewellery, and clothes, and he came over and asked if I wanted to sell them to him! I only had one bracelet and i sold it to him. I wonder if he still has it today...

Were the unwater special effects on charmed difficult? In the first episode of the last series, they bought lots of water in to make the cavern [she was guessing], it wasn't a spectacular waterfall, but i was still a little afraid. But with us we had marine divers, so I was less worried. I had to break with my diving equipment for as long as possible, because I couldn't return to the surface for quite a while. I have never been so scared in my life!
